We did our first afterschool harvest of autumn leaves today.....
.... it is great that the neighbours rake them into piles in the gutter so we can collect them....
...we jump on the leaves in the bin to get more in...
We got two wheelie bins full of Autumn leaves tonight... hopefully we can get some more tomorrow night.....
That is a serious amount of leaves! We live at the Gold Coast and we don't get falling leaves until the winter solstice!
ReplyDeleteWe are at over 900m elevation... and get snow most winters... so our climate is very seasonal... the Autumn leaves change and drop not long after the Autumn equinox - winter is coming!
